Paul is a member of the National Speakers Association, three-time nominee for International Speakers Hall of Fame and the author of Lessons at the Fence Post, Volume 1, Lessons At The Fence Post, Volume 2 and Developing a Personal Leadership Philosophy. Paul has also authored an eighty two segment educational series targeted to every player and coach in the automotive industry, Winning Words and Sustaining Excellence – the complete Bring The Fire DVD In-house Educational Program.
